DataSpace (Scotland) works closely with it's sister companies DataSpace (UK) Ltd in Cheshire, UK, and DataSpace NL in The Netherlands, to provide document management & data backup solutions to UK & European wide businesses.
Our facilities are purpose built with temperature and relative humidity constantly monitored. We operate to BS5454 & BS4783 standards for document & media storage. All facilities are located outside of 'at risk of flood' areas and away from potential terrorism threat areas such as city centre locations.
We offer a wide range of services to cater for all archive and record management requirements. These range from highly secure physical records management and storage to online file access via our 256 bit secure web portal and scan-on-demand solutions.
Electronic media and data back-up offsite vaulting is increasingly becoming a valuable part of the data protection cycle and the efficient archiving and retrieval of back-up tapes and electronic media is key to a clients' disaster recovery plan - DataSpace offers a specialised and cost effective solution to these issues.
