Our purpose built facilities lie in Stirlingshire, at the heart of Central Scotland, close by to the motorway network for easy access. Our new archive repository at Kippen Station is now complete as of April 2011 and in use.

We offer a wide range of services to cater for all archive and record management requirements. These range from highly secure physical records management and storage to online file access via our 256 bit secure web portal and document scanning and scan-on-demand solutions.

Electronic media and data back-up offsite vaulting is increasingly becoming a valuable part of the data protection cycle and the efficient archiving and retrieval of back-up tapes and other backup media is key to a clients' disaster recovery plan - DataSpace offers a specialised and cost effective solution to these issues.
Online Document Management - File Access & Tracking
DataSpace' clients have access to their information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our secure web access portal. We encourage file retreival by scan on demand to our secure hosted web portal rather than physical delivery whenever possible, for greater efficiency, to save energy miles and reduce our carbon footprint.
Tape Drive & Tape Library Sales
Dataspace Scotland stock a wide range of Tape Drives and Library Systems all fully tested & passed through our extensive Quality control procedures, ready to ship in the UK, Europe or Worldwide.
Tape Drive & Tape Library Repair & Refurbishment
From our in-house repair and refurbishment centre, we will repair or refurbish any faulty tape drive or library you have. We offer a No Fix - No Fee policy and also an Advance Exchange program to minimise the amount of downtime you have.
