It is essential for your backup hardware to be in the best condition to give you reliable backups of your Data.
We repair and refurbish a whole range of tape drives, including internal drives, stand alone external drives and Library ready Drives. All tape drives repairs are refurbished to the highest specifications to cope with the demands of the busiest data centres.
Our normal turnaround for repairs is 5 days. All drives come with a 6 month RTB warranty as standard, although this can be extended if customers wish. We also provide an Advance exchange service for urgent repairs and can swap or trade-in older equipment to scale up your capability. We can carry out an evaluation on request.
