Document capture sizes range from A7 (business card) through to A0 (architectural plan diagrams) are captured as B/W or colour images, which are then made available to the client via our secure web portal, WebTrack.
Our sophisticated indexing and search engine tools make locating documents and images fast and easy. Once viewed via the web portal, documents can be printed, downloaded or emailed as attachments. See our Online Document Viewing section of the website for more details.
For optimum flexibility, and lower cost than large volume bulk scanning, documents can be placed in our secure document store, and scanned-on-demand as and when required.
