Our Tape Library Repair service covers all major OEM Libraries from HP, Storagetek, IBM, Dell and Quantum as well as some of the smaller OEM's.
Our engineers are on call to answer any technical queries that you might have. The majority of our work is carried out in house, however if your library is too large to ship to us, or you prefer an on-site service, then our engineer can call at your site to repair your library, with minimum downtime.
Our standard tape library repair turnaround time is 5 days. All items repaired carry a 6 months RTB (return to base) warranty
We offer a tape library Advance Exchange service where downtime must be kept to an absolute minimum. Full Installation service available
