Our tape drive repair service covers a wide range of tape drives, including internal drives, external drives and Library ready drives. We repair all the major OEM's tape drives. We can also do fixed price repairs for volume work.
All tape drives repairs are refurbished to the highest specifications to cope with the demands of the busiest data centres.
Our standard turnaround for repairs is 5 days although let us know if it is urgent and we will do our best to meet your requirements. All drives come with a 6 month RTB (return to base) warranty as standard, although this can be extended further if required.
We provide an Advance Exchange service for urgent repairs and can swap or trade-in older equipment to scale up or enhance your backup capability.
We will carry out a free of charge repair evaluation on request.
